A Proposal Coordinator handles RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and tenders; keeps company content up-to-date; manages project timelines; and supports sales. They work closely with the sales team to deliver accurate, competitive, and custom content for each response. The Proposal Coordinator supports all regional opportunities and produces at least 30 proposals a month. Key responsibilities include: - Responding to RFIs, RFQs, tenders, and RFPs within set timelines - Ensuring all company content is compliant with policies and procedures - Updating content to ensure accuracy - Coordinating projects with sales, operations, finance, and legal teams - Maintaining credentials for online RFP/RFI portals - Distributing RFI/RFP documents to relevant team members - Supporting sales executives - Assisting with the creation of presentations for sales executives - Participating in weekly sales and marketing meetings - Creating new content as needed Qualifications: - Fluent English with strong writing skills; additional languages are a plus - Minimum Bachelor's Degree (English, Communications, or Business preferred) - 2+ years of editing or writing experience (grants, bidding responses, etc.) - Experience in government bidding and contracting is highly desired - Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or sales is preferred - Strong time management and project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat - Detail-oriented, able to read for extended periods, follow complex instructions, and meet deadlines - Ability to communicate and work in a remote team environment - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently with minimal supervision Tendi specializes in guiding small to large companies through the proposal response process.
